The Platform searches through all open liquidity providers to source the exchange rate for the user’s trade. The Platform which has been custom built by the US Subsidiary, Voyager IP, LLC, has a patent-pending consists of multiple elements, including a cryptocurrency order management system that handles customer balances and handles trade orders requests, sends the trade orders to the smart order router and records the details of each trade; a cryptocurrency pricing engine that continuously monitors in real-time the trading venues pricing, which includes criteria such as assets available, time, trade volume and history; a cryptocurrency smart order router that analyzes the data provided by the Pricing Engine, then decides which trading venue or venues to route the full order or a subset to; a cryptocurrency mobile app is the user interface that allows customers to utilize the Platform to execute trades, view their balances, position, and orders and access customer support; a cryptocurrency suite of application program interfaces that allows enterprise businesses to connect to the Platform and offer cryptocurrency trading through their existing user interfaces; and a cryptocurrency blockchain monitoring and wallet management system that allows Voyager and its customers to transact in various cryptocurrencies and hold them in blockchain wallets.
The Platform is designed to be a single access point to research, manage, trade and secure cryptoassets. Voyager IP, LLC holds a patent application with the US Patent Office for the development of the Platform. This application is for a cryptocurrency trading system and covers the router algorithm and system to execute cryptocurrency trades over various Exchanges. The application also covers partial executions and a cancel-and-replace functionality needed to execute customer transactions, as well as the ability to analyze the depth of market at each Exchange, which information is necessary to determine the availability of liquidity.
The company has two distribution models, which allow Voyager to reach various customers. The company acts as a crypto broker being a digital asset agent broker that facilitates users buying and selling of cryptocurrencies delivering the deepest pool of liquidity.
